Lille OSC continued to lead the Lat 1 table after Stade Pierre Mauroy's goalless draw with Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday.
Both teams had opportunities, but neither Principal could achieve success with Kimpembe and Mike Magnan and made major interventions to maintain the score level.
Only one point separates Lille, Olympic Leonis and PSG with LOSC and OL and one point better than Thomas Tuchel's men and then the Olympic de Marseille four points behind.

PSG Level Up
After a mediocre home form recently, PSG improved their game knowing that their fifth Ligue 1 loss of the season could prove fatal to their title hopes. It was not spectacular football by any means, but it was more consistent than their recent league offerings.
Considering that Talisman Neymar was injured and Kian Mabappe was only fit as an option, it is logical that PSG had a problem with Lille's goal to beat Maegan. However, the fact that they were largely the dominant side and simply missed the target indicates that Tuchel still has life on his side.
Lily is not at her best.
Whether it was a bad day, Christophe Galtier's tactical setup or the mental shock of Friday's sale, Lily was not at her normal level. The hosts still had a chance to win the match, but PSG were the strongest force for most of the game and you would feel that they should have defeated LOSC.
Lille's result in the coming week in Montpellier will determine how well the point was made or if they will regret the heroes of Kimpembe.

Had it not been for Kimpembe's superb late intervention that replaced him with an injury, PSG would have fallen to a fifth loss in Let 1 despite perhaps their best performance. Faced with Lille's four attackers, the French international managed to produce a game-saving tackle at the last minute.
Leone laughs
The biggest gainers from the result are Leon, who remains in second place and is tied with the leader in points. On top of that, Rudy Garcia's men are a fit team in Lit 1 after a 4–1 win at Nice on Saturday. OLS and PSG face easy matches before winter break, so LOSC can be made to pay for not finishing the champion.

PSG has struggled more with injuries and fitness issues this season and Tuchel has more concerns after Kumpembe, Levine Kurzawa and Alessandro Florenzi are late in the game.
No birthday goals for Mbappé
Mbappe turned 22 on Sunday, but could not concede a goal after being given only 13 minutes to hit. Muscle issues have plagued the French wonder boy in recent weeks and he may have been disappointed that he did not show up longer to make a difference.
