Get a cardiovascular function strengthening score to keep healthy.
The score will be calculated every week. We would suggest having an accumulated score of 150 points per week, and the total score is unlimited.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), people should keep a habit of doing exercises in order to maintain heart health.
We would suggest doing at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity every week to provide health benefits.
Another feature is health status sharing. You can export your weekly report and advanced report as PDF files to anyone.
After the function is released, you could update the APP to the latest version, and enjoy!
