First off, Pledgebox is an effective tool used by crowdfunding projects to collect backers' information for smooth delivery, which has been officially verified by Indiegogo.    And here are the further reply to your questions:  1. Pledgebox survey is sent by JMGO to confirm your up-to-date shipping address and prize information; 2. The user information in the survey is to help us better understand our users and for the future content updates. We've added the "Other" option where you could choose to leave your feedback truthfully or select "Other" instead;  3. The mount is an add-on designed for O1, that's why O1 Pro buyers may not be able to view it.
