The Scotsman All-Carbon Fiber Scooter team just posted. posted by Emma Wilson Sep 19, 2021 • 2:44AM PDT Update #22 - Continuing to push forward   Dear backers,   Despite the severe lockdown measures in Vietnam, we continue to be able to make progress since our teams are living and working in our facilities. We are using the funds received from Indiegogo (thanks to you!) to procure components and materials required to produce your Scotsman scooters at scale. However, not only are the roads shut down but now also the neighborhoods, so we're unable to send or receive materials with external partners or even shipping hubs.     People are not allowed to leave their homes during this lockdown.     Local checkpoints check all vehicles, both personal and commercial, to ensure only essential transport is taking place.      This should not affect the ship date of your Scotsman as we currently estimate that restrictions will be gradually lifted between now and the end of September. Despite the setbacks, we want to reaffirm our commitment to making sure you will receive your scooter.
