We're so happy to be here again!  Based on the current progress, the estimated shipping time will start in the 3rd week of October. We will post an update with the latest shipping status soon. Please stay tuned! We sent out an email where you can fill out the Pledgebox survey. Some of you may have already found that we just sent you a PledgeBox survey via email to collect your information! The entire process should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The survey was sent directly to the email address linked to your Indiegogo account. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was captured there! After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. You have time to reply to the survey until the 4th of October 2021. After that, we will lock all the addresses. It is very important to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible in order for us to commence fulfillment.   For new backers,(From 24th September) we will send the survey every day. You will receive the survey the next day :)   Many of you asked for add-ons and here we are! M-30+ Pouch Many backers requested the pouch for M-30+. And, we're so happy to announce that you guys can add it on Pledgebox. On Pledgebox, you can give us your shipping address, and add more items to your Indiegogo order!   We'll be in touch shortly with a fulfillment update. Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeBox" If that doesn't work: 1. Click - https://survey.pledgebox.com/retrieve/101303/m-30-plus-super-compact-laser-distance-measurer 2. Click "Request New Invite" 3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with) 4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies   There's something wrong with my pledge! That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can send us a message directly to support@magpie-tech.com and we'll look at it for you.   What if I need to change my address? As long as your items have not been locked, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to https://survey.pledgebox.com/user/login and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.   Apple ID Backers: Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven't completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from PledgeBox. Those backers have a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address and will need to reach out to the creator team to update their email address.
